Goodmongo: Thanks for clearing that up. I'll be honest I never recognized him in chapter three. LOL

Anyway, the attachement is still wierd because it lists Stennis death/spared for one option but not for the paths where you killed Aryan. I still can't make out the 16 different endings in the attachment.
here I expanded it

Marcin360: Congratulations once again:)
Thanks! please check out that game (Monster Hunter for the PSP) I suggested that Witcher2 can learn from

Congratulations! I saw your previous post about this, and I'm glad you got it confirmed by CDPR now. I'm curious about the shirt - do we know what it looks like, or could you possibly upload a picture later (unless CDPR does it when they announce you as the winner, of course)?

I think a lot of people underestimate the consequences (both immediate and future) of the various choices of killing or sparing many of the characters. You think leaving Aryan alive doesn't do much, because he has very little to say when you meet him in Loc Muinne, but as someone already pointed out, if he dies in the Prologue, Louisa enters a pact with Nilfgaard, which definitely does not help the North to stand against the Empire. Also, Aryan is one of the few political figures in the world that has any shred of decency and honour. On the other hand, ruthlessness and cruelty might also be needed in order to fight back the coming invasion, which is why killing off Henselt is a really, really bad idea (politically). He's a rapist and a murderer, and the Kaedweni kingdom is merciless and pitiless when it comes to nonhumans; but it is, together with Redania, the only stable kingdom left in the North. Then again, Henselt might be betraying the North again, like he did last time... It's a difficult choice! On a personal level, I believe everyone wants him to die a painful death, but depending on your playstyle, you might have to think twice before leaving him at the mercy of Roche.

Anyway, my point is that what might seem like decisions not having much of a consequence, are clearly there to be used in future stories of the series. It's all a very intricate web of intrigue and politics, and that's why it's so easy to finally take a fantasy story like this so seriously - everything matters, and everything bears with it severe consequences; if not for you (Geralt) specifically, then definitely for the rest of the Northern Kingdoms and its population. Absolutely brilliant writing!

Yay, congratulations :) I remember your earlier post, glad you managed to snatch that shirt ;)
Nice! Congrats on the 16 endings. And thanks for the endings guide. ^_^\/
Congratulations! Nice to know where the shirt will go to. :)

@Kindo, look here, CDPR Spring Conference, it's the same shirt, Tom Gop wears. 12 minutes in.

Regarding Aryan: I found that you can meet him in the upper AND the lower path through the castle. I thought that if you meet him in the lower path, he sets the fire and dies. But if you met him in the upper path, he would live - maybe someone can confirm or deny that.

Wow, does it really have NO significance if you give Anais to Temeria or Redania? Boy, I actually SLEPT over that decision! Hahaah!

So... to summarize... Aryan lives or dies, Stennis and Henselt live or die and the decision to go save Triss or do the other thing. Doubled by Roche/Iorveth path decision. That is unlike any other supposed endings theory I've seen so far. Kudos for figuring it out so fast, goopit.

What is difference between Roche path and Roche Triss path (and also with Iorveth) ?

Roche path: you either go after Anais or save Triss

Iorveth path: you either go with Philippa to get the dagger to save Saskia or save Triss
It's kinda strange that those "16 endings" don't take into account one rather important decision in Roche path, if you follow Roche to the end: Who gets Anais?

I mean, whole fate on Temeria depends from that decision.

Compared to that, Aryian fate is rather unimportant. In fact, you don't even get his cameo in 3rd chapter if you don't take Roche path during the game.

Oh shoot! I am on my own cannon path in my 2nd playthrough. And in my cannon, I go after Triss, because I may madly love Yennefer, but Triss is still my best friend (and I can't possibly know that I will find her later anyway). But I have to abandon Saskia to do it? God, that is devious! I could live with leaving Roche to tend to Anais by himself, but not this. Damn.

Mhmm, that is why my official playthough will be the Philippa path. You can simply choose to not kill the dragon and hope the effect is similar to letting her live :/

Interesting motivations for the choices .. :D

Personally, I went after Triss the first time 'cos I really wanted to kick some Nilfgaardian butt.
The ambassador was pissing me off so much I actually got the giggles when he died.
kinda wish I could give Phlippa to Iorveth in the dungeon thing and then go with the Triss path it'd still make sense

goopit: It's actually quite simple. The only decisions that mattered were the ones with flash animation cutscenes.
What does the T-shirt look like? Can you take/show a picture of it?

Yeah, I think that's what ends up happening though, when you find Iorveth he had the dagger, so to me the Iorveh Triss path is cannon, same as yours, with Aryan living, and I'm not sure about Stennis yet, though I've tried both and letting him be lynched feels better in the final cutscene.

Congratulations for completing it goopit, that's a lot of witcher. Hope you enjoy the shirt :)
The Roche path seems way to disjointed and very little of it makes any sense. The Iorveth path seems to be the one that has all the dots connected.
