I tried to create a potion but it automatically selects the first formula and wont let me change anything I can just make the ones on the list.

I'm hoping for a fix or mod for this system...you shouldn't rely on a sellable diagram to make swallow ..only a book that you read to memorize the necessary ingrediants

No one in the game sells the sallow formula. I sold the recipe early on in the game thinking that once a formula was in the journal it wasn't needed any more, i was wrong. I played through the entire game thinking id just buy another formula, but never found one.

looks like im not the only one with this problem.
can't we just ask the dev to add the formula buyable at vendors in the 1.1 patch that they will release in the near future ;)

errrr the vendor you sold it to should have it for resale (at a huge mark up)

Everything I sell is available to be bought back fopr other items!

Get Gadwall instead, it heals for double and has no downside the vendor tooltip may say it does, but it does not.

But what if I sell recipe in Act I, I don't know where, but I think that I can buy it somewhere? Actually I'm in act II and everything that I can do is start all the game again.

Restarting game is not a SOL.
Gadwell... and what with Cat?
Basic recipes should be available everywhere and this is a bug.

I didnt say everything was great or ok

You have 1 option if you sold in chapter 1 and now on chapter 2, restart!

Youve made the mods aware of the issue and hopefully they make CDRed aware.

What else do you think can be done this very moment!

I really hope they patch this. If it's in the journal, it should not require the formula. I am stuck now without any of my basic formulas.

they can really just release cat and swallow formulas as a dlc for people who lost em :)

After 2 playthroughs 2 things are clear, 1, Gadwell is better than swallow, and 2, at no point do you actually need Cat. quit moaning and play!

You need Cat on Roche's side, when you go through the tunnels to meet up with Zoltan and Saskia.
