With most recent version of the game I can´t use Troll trouble dlc (neither the other dlc) I have it installed, I pick it up from board (On then note is written something like this "There is new dlc, if you want to use it register on community pages") But I have registered game, I downloaded it, so why I cant use it?

If you are seeing the note that tells you to register for Troll Trouble on the message board outside the Inn, that means you do not have it installed. Once you install it, that note will be replaced with a quest contract.

Go to your game folder, and look for troll.dzip file inside the CookedPC folder. If it's not there, then you're definitely missing the DLC. Which means you have to download it from the web.

All the dlc is included with patch 1.2, so you shouldnt have to download them from anywhere else.

did you install patch 1.1 first, then patch 1.2?
check the readme file where you installed the game. if it contains the patchnotes, the patches should be installed correctly

As far as I know, 1.2 contains all DLCs except Troll Trouble, cause it assumes you already have it from 1.1

That might be the case, yes. But in that case, Patch 1.1 contains it, and you have to install that first. Not sure if Patch 1.2 can even be installed without having 1.1 first.

Everytime I try to download troll trouble the launcher goes offline, where can I get it?

in documents, under witcher 2, there's a download folder with troll.dlc.put that in the cookedpc folder.

i suspect 1.2 patch assumes you have the troll dzip installed from 1.1 so you may have deleted it.

If you're having trouble with the launcher going offline then you probably don't have the 1.2 patch. You shouldn't even have the option to download the DLC.

I can confirm this. Probably you don't have patched correctly.

I reinstalled Witcher 2 three times now and everytime I try to use patch for 1.2 its keeps saying that Installed version is invalid or complete...what is going on?

EDIT: I though I already have 1.2

I though after installing it will be automatically patched to 1.1 ? :( but now after patching to 1.2 I cant download any dlc (the option in menu is missing)

Easy! In order:

You have to installe the game.
Install patch 1.1 (and you get Troll Trouble)
launch the game and the launcher should download 1.2 OR download and install 1.2.

After 1.2 you will have no registration menu and no download menu in the launcher, because all possible DLC already released are included (execep The polish language pack or the English Language pack for non-english version)
