Just that , I am just starting the game and i cannot get by the gate with dragon on normal , how do I change to easy or do I have to start a new game,

Escape Key - Options - Gameplay

You need to kill the guys quickly and keep moving before the dragon burns through the wooden roof.

In-game gameplay options.Err,dragon can't burn through the roof I think.Fire is just cosmetic.

When I go to game play options it lists difficulty but there is just a check mark by it , what do i do uncheck it? it does not give you any other options. Maybe i missed something I will try again and see

You have to load your save,not from the main menu options.

And for the dragon.Use your quen sign so it protects you from the fire.Don't really need to use it but you should if you're having trouble.At the begining run to the right and kill the guards.Then,when you have to run to the next cover,wait for a sound of dragon breathing fire out to finish and then run.No need for quen if you time it right.

Dont change your difficulty ....if you find this hard you will have a nightmare of a time later on, learn how to fight and you will get past it no problem

Sorry I guess I am a little dense, "load from save" I am playing the game, I hit the escape button and it brings up game options , there is a difficulty QTE heading with a check mark in front of it, where is the slider to change the difficulty , i dont see one?
