I can;t fo to chapter 2 cause the quest fails. I can't get them in cahpter 1 cause that encounter was bugged for me. I already tried a mod someone linked, I think in this forum somewhere "arachnas_eyes_fix." or soemthing like that. The guy said it would be purchasable from the the zeteka lady or whatever her stupidf name is. But its not there for sale. So sick of this buggy crappy game.

So you already face it near Iorveth hideout with Zoltan and it was bugged?.

vhatever: I can;t fo to chapter 2 cause the quest fails. I can't get them in cahpter 1 cause that encounter was bugged for me. Well you could try visiting all the vendors in the game, I believe Cedric the elf outside village and the herbalist at her cabin in the same village have many good items.

Also, why do you need them? And cant seem to remember why they were so important.

Arachas eyes are one of the ingredients that are needed to cleanse Melitele's Heart in the quest of the same name.

That file was supposed to ficx it, but it doesn't work for me. The zaleka marchant girl or whatever her name is never caries the eyes.

Did you make sure to put both those files in the 'items' folder in your CookedPC directory?

I never did that quest, I just saved the soldiers life that was that. Is not really important or not that I can see so far, I have not finished the game and I am in chapter 3 and I have not notice any repercusions because of it. I even remember to have failed the "nekker contract" because I finshed the first chapter and forgot about it.

Just relax there are many fun moments ahead. :-)

Ya I put them both in there and I waited like 3-4 days with meditate to make sure she restocked. Nothing there. Maybe that is for a different version of the game or something. I noticed she was selling some quest items called like green moss or something like aht I hadn't notice she was selling those before.

True, it's not a very important quest.


Cleansing the amulet just turns the -10% armor (which is admittedly a horrific thing) into +1 vitality regen (yeah, paltry bonus, I know).

I've read that other people had an issue with this. Is it that you couldn't find the corpse of the arachas after you have slain it when you go to meet Iorveth?
At first it didn't light up for me, but I wandered around the clearing a bit, and spammed my medallion to try and find it and eventually it appeared near where I had slain it. Perhaps you may have similar luck?

To add to that, you probably have 0% chance of finding the loot if you follow Iorveth straight away. The devs should have added auto-loot to this creature.
