I have tried multiple settings but for the life of me i cant figure out how to make it work.
All i seem to get is a massive glow over the top of my screen and i cant see anything else.
Running W7 64, quad core 3.2, 8gb ram and HD4870x2

yeah, seems to be a common problem with the AMD video cards. There is another thread about this, and so far nobody has found a fix yet.

I have a hardcore external fan blowing constantly into my opened side mini tower...if not for that I wouldn't be playing TW2

I don't know how this can be, but I am running at high settings in TW2 with only a minitower, 2 gb of ram, an AMD dual core 4000+ and a slimline nvidia geforce 9600 GT 1 gb mem. Its incredible
