BakedGoods: LOL, first a "I wish he were gay" topic, now this? Sometimes I think the fantasy genre also appeals to those who like to play out that 'other kind' of fantasy.
That would be an 'omega face' mod, wouldn't it? ;)

i guess the better looking geralt is more of the romantic type. the current looks more like the hardy type.

Thank Melitele the devs went with the current one. The alpha model is definitely not Geralt!

Especially the eyes. Alpha version wasn't even a mutant by the look of those pupils!

Probably gonna have to wait until modding tools are released...even then, not sure that can be replaced

Those pics look more like a pretty boy, "beta" than a seasoned "alpha" male. The version in the game is far superior in my opinion.

I like the new face way better, but it could be nice to be able to switch with the help of a mod. Probably wont be for some time though...

new face seems closer to tw1 geralt's face so it's cool in my book.
Also, why all the women in tw have such HUGE breast? :D not that i'm complaining but it's hard to concentrate on his face in the first pic with her sharing the scene with him lol

Geralt is like 50-100 years old (nowhere in the saga is said how much exactly), so thats why his face dosent look young and handsome. Witchers get old slowly coz of mutations. On the other hand, Triss has like 50-65 to Youre knowladge ;]

Can't speak for the normal women, but in the case of sorceresses, they use their magic to sculpt their physical features to perfection. Even more interesting, most sorceresses started out as ugly, fat girls who were made fun of (Yennefer was a hunchback before she beautified herself). That's part of the reason they can be so mean.

The Last Wish is a good place to start. I would describe it as a book of fables with "adult" humor. It was a fun read.

@johannes1212 I'm with you. I don't mind Geralt's current older face and it does fit the lore better, but I really found the alpha face more attractive and would very much like a mod that brought it back
