Palimpsest: i dont think it is apologise.
Because you did not quote my apology, but something else and out of context.

Three people are trying to explain to you that we are not talking about any happenings in the past, but current events.

Also, I'm no Nazi, I have never been a Nazi and I will not be a Nazi, nor do I know any Nazis or are related to any current or former Nazis and I have no interest in any Nazi dealings.

The point I was making with the stoneage comment, was exactly that we are NOT talking of things in the past.
According to her logic, stealing in 1939, is a lesser evil than theft in 2011. It's absurd.

You are absurd, because I never said any such thing. You fail to understand that I am telling you that I have never had any dealings in that and so has nobody else on this forum. But someone else was talking openly about stealing stuff in the present - not some ancestor of his, but he himself. Is this clear now?
yeah, thats crazy... So that I wanted those avatars is bigger evil than, for example Auschwitz? it's sick.
First of all, you should not speak this:"Oh, you mean like the thing with the fans of German cars, which Polish people like to share with their friends". Because Pole-thief stereotype exists in your country.

coastie65: I have seen threads go to Hell in a handbasket, but this one pretty much started out there.
Then why did you bump it? We were finally about to get this garbage off the main page :(

Le sigh.

You didn't steal anything. She didn't steal anything. Making blanket stereotypes is dumb, and using the past to rationalize stealing in the present is also dumb. Things were done in the past. None of us were involved, so all of that is totally irrelevant to this thread. People in this particular forum appreciate Poland more than most. Things were said, apologies were made, and now we're going to move on because the arguing is old.

</please>
that's right. My uncle is an policeman, and he doesn't have anything in work that have connection with thieves. Isn't it hmmm.... strange?
I think next time Audrey should more carefully choose the words.

Yeah, well... she apologized.

This thread will never end if we don't all just walk away. The mods will literally let us argue in huge, profanity-laced rants for 24 pages. I've seen it happen, and this looks like it could spiral into that. Please, let's all just let it go and be friends in a nicer thread, okay?
I wan't to apologize too for asking you for share these bonuses. That's all that I have to say. But I think, that thanks to this thread someone will take some lessons of, hmmm, rating people by stereotypes.

"Share", yeah right.

Pirate or steal is more appropriate.

And you had the audacity to do it on the companies own forum.
This discussion is ridiculous!
How can you even think about linking "digital property theft" to the NS Regime,stolen cars and even more to Solidarność (pointing at piotrek18 and the use of the word "solidarity" in context of "us" not understanding it)?

UMAD?

And yeah I am an antifacist to make it even "worse" an anarchist at that and yup I do know one man from Solidarność who would probably ashamed of the likes like piotrek18...And yes I have many polish friends and none of them is a car thief, one even works at Mercedes Benz ;)

Be reaonable folks and fight stupidity wherever you encounter it!
(sorry for further bumping this but I had to say this)

passionata, read more carefully, I hadn't posted about NSZZ "Solidarność", that was about Polish Witcher fans solidarity, it's two very different things. If you don't understand the context, don't reply to it.

And Kleetus, you're repeating yourself. And it's sharing - steal will be in that case, when I download it from RS or something.

@passionata
You forgot about stolen artworks from polish museums(worth an estimated $ 11.14 Billion). By the Germans and Russians. But the discussion is pointless. Peter has apologized. Audrey apologized. There is no need, for further discussion

Yeah, it does seem to have opened Pandora's Box once again. Geez, I was just commenting on the inaction aof any modertors ( if any exist here ). As a moderator on another board, I know the dangers of bumping a potentially volatile thread and this one is certainly in that vein. Sorry guys, it wasn't intended.
