How bad is it? I don't mind it much but if my parents walked by its obvious bad things would happen.

So how bad and how frequent is the nsfw content? Can I avoid it somehow or can I call it happening and shut off my monitor, tab out, etc in time?

There's also a scene with partial nudity in the Prologue depending on the choices you made, although you can simply avoid the scene in question by not looking through a hole.

And even if you do choose out of the three options the one that leads you to that point and end up looking through the hole anyway, you can click to stop looking at any time.

Basically, at no point in the game are you required or forced by way of a non-skippable scene to have nudity on the screen :)

Yep. Although... You just KNOW that the OP's parents are going to look at the screen for the ONE second it takes him to realise what he's looking at and skip the scene. ;)

Actually there is a lot of explicit content in the game you cannot skip…
Repeatedly you will be forced to dismember a large number of humans, humanoids and monster…
And I can assure you they will be dying in a very painful way.

The violence in the game is far more mild than that shown on television here (network television, even, not just the more liberal cable channels), whereas nudity is far, far less tolerated. It doesn't really make sense, but that's just the way it is here.

Also, installing the Polish voiceovers may be a good way to protect the OP's parents' delicate ears (besides, the Polish voice acting is very good).

If there's such a parents issue, may I ask, if you are old enough to play the game? It has a mature rating after all. If it were about my kid, I would be more concerned about blood and dismemberment, it's a bad thing to be dulled to that sort of thing.
