I hope they fix the rigged Dice Poker. Get tired of having my straight beaten by three of a kind or two pair. : p .

You are either unlucky or bad at it. The most I have ever lost in a row is three times and that only happened once. I win better than 50% of my first time tries. I've had 5 fives on the first row and I saw 5 fours for the computer.

Has anyone provided proof that the game is fixed? Have the devs confirmed that the somputer gets an edge?

I think what he posted is proof enough. He's stating that the game declares his straight to be worse than the opponent's three of a kind or two pair. If that's what's happening in his game, there's definitely an issue.

I haven't had much of a problem with the side qests dealing with dice poker. It is just that at times, I have the better hand and it says I lose. I have spent a lot of time in my life playing poker, so I know what the strongest hand should be even if the Computer doesn't. : )

In W1, it was a matter that some of the last challenges were a bit more difficult and it might take a couple of hands to be them. The final guy in Flotsam took me three hands to beat as he just managed to get the better hand. I think on the first try, though, that was one of those times were I got a straight on the first roll of the dice ( this is usually when the problem occurs ) and I held all dice. He ended up with Three of a kind and I had a straight and lost. In another case, we both had Full Houses. I had 4's over 2's and he had 3's over 5's and I lost that hand too.

Ok didn't understand what had happened. But to be honest I have never seen my straights beaten by 3 of a kind or 2 pair. I've been beaten by full house as it should be. Could it be the very bad designs made it looked like three of a kind and not 4 or a full house? I know those dice are a real pain in the butt to read.

Could you please fix "some essential NPCs gone missing" problem. Zyvik and the elderman in the Vergen (can't remember his name now) disappeared on my previous saves, tried everything but they were not anywhere near their quest indicator. I heard Iorveth gone missing and can't be found on someone's save in that forum, too.

Yeah, they changed the design on them, so I pay a bit more attention to them. I am sure of that though because I spent some time looking at both hands before resetting the dice, so I am sure. Just one of those glitches I guess.
