Nests destroyed, sold them a while ago the loot, quests finished etc etc

Not a single one will spawn.

Obtained the trinket quest and now 3/4 with items.

How the fuck do I get the last one? Spent hours on this madness, surely they vendor the last one, considering in the latest patch they sell 3/4 items...

I have the Trinket, the problem is I sold the items and the quest mobs do not spawn.

Which quest are you reffering to (please provide chapter, name and so forth).
Also look through Mod thread, I believe there is a mod that offers all the said quest items for sale when the time comes.
Melitele's Heart

Chapter 1.

Do not want to download a Mod to buy an item later on. Would assume no EXP, do not finish the quest and it is very bizzare as I said 3/4 items are sold from the vendor..
I have had a different quest in mind, sorry cannot help you with this one.
However there are other threads about this quest and associated with it bugs...
I do invite you to take a look through some historical threads :)
you sold them so you are SOL
So stupid, why patch and vendor 3/4 of the items, but not the final one if people are in the similar straw.

GG.

because you can get over 24 of them, if you sell all those then its your own bloody fault
Well I found a way to get it.

If you have done what I did, sold the items, kill all mobs, destroyed the nests and left empty handed.

Go onto your main story quest about "King Slayer", when the Dwarf takes you outside the gates you fight two Endrega and hopefully one of the two drops the item for you. Save the game before you go in and out really helps, I was using Auto Save and booyah.

@ Cloud, hardly the players fault. If you cant buy back the items or have a place to store/stash them.

Even Baulder's Gate series had this option cupcake. Perhaps stop being a bigot.

dude YOU DONT BUY A RETAIL GAME THAT DOES NOT IMPLEMENT OFFICAL MODS

Wow seriously some people are so narrow minded towards Mods and taking the easy path of the game.

/thread.
Endregas respawn all the time (not specific to the Kingslayer quest), and somtimes drop embryos. Just go hunting in the forest for a while.

Oh, and Baldur's Gate did not include a stash/storage chest, except in the expansion to BG II, Throne of Bhaal.

There were hundreds of storage containers in Baldur's Gate.
Normal endregas also drop embryos, just kill those until you find some.

Also after patch 1.2 some of the items for that quest were added to the vendors, so look carefully.

I got 66 endrega emryos and still miss fetus. Anezka sell only endrega teeth (what for I wonder?). Quest stuck on 3/4...

Dude... the embryo is the fetus. You're missing another item, most likely the arachas eyes - they can be bought from Cedric, or dropped by the Arachas you fight later on in the chapter.

As for the embryo, yes, they do drop from Endregas, quite frequently in fact. These enemies don't disappear from the forest once you've killed the queens, and can be found here and there. A good place to start looking is around those eggs you destroyed, or around the altar of Veyopatis.
