I have finished Iorweth path and decided to save Triss from Nilfgardians. In Epilog when I met with Triss again and killed afew soldiers around Iorweth which was inhabited by some spell, I have found a Phillipa Eilhart dagger by one killed soilder. It is that dagger that is used to break spell on Saskia in the second path. It is usefull in the ramaining of the game somehow or it is a bridge tu TW3? Other question is: what happened with Phillipe when i left her to hers fate.

Bridge to TW3. No use in the game when you acquire it that way :(

EDIT: That is to say, if you don't save Triss you'll get the dagger in a different way and be able to use it to break the curse after fighting the dragon. There's no way to break the curse when you save Triss, though.

If you don't drag Philippa out of the dungeon, you don't find out what happens to her.
My guess is Radovid has her killed, but that's just a guess.

This makes sense, but how great of a plot twist would it be if Radovid ended up making her a living trophy? After all, if he wanted to kill her... well, he had plenty of opportunity to do so rather than the whole bit with her eyes.

He wants her to suffer, which is why I doubt he'd kill her, contrary to common sense.

But why would Iorveth be injured from a sorcerer's spell (the soldiers said that).

Yeah it's a little mysterious.. I done both freeing saskia and triss.. seems like it be more interesting to free saskia and allowed Letho to save Triss.

It's really a hard decision to not kill Letho... on the other hand Letho did much destruction than good. Damn Nilfgardian traitor..

Yes. I'm just commenting on what Danceofmasks said about "Radovid has her killed". I think that given the circumstances and what we know (from choosing to save Phillipa rather than Triss), it is likely that at some point Phillipa escaped from Radovid.

I think Iorveth frees her the same way you would do if you don't go after Triss. But it doesn't go so well for him afterwards.

My guess would be one way or the other, Saskia gets freed whether it is at the end of TW2, or the beginning of TW3. Unless of course you slit her throat. Hard to come back from that one lol.

You'd think getting stabbed through the heart with a pitchfork would do that as well ;-)

That was Coën who got stabbed in his chest, and Geralt in the stomach.

Philipa has obviously escaped, as she controlled the Saskia-Dragon that saved Shile and wrecked havoc in the city. In the prison, those special-material shackles prevented her from using magic, so she can't have done it from there.
