While downloading Witcher 2, the 8th part saves as 7th part and will not let me install.

Can you elaborate.
Witcher 2 has 13 parts in total that you need to download and then launch the ".exe" file.
Alternatively try GOG Downloader software or GOG Galaxy (the optional client) to download. Both support one-click download of games. See the sites support section for more info on downloads.
