Okay, so im having the problem that i dont know how i should aquire the EE patch, i have only 2 mb net (and they say finland is pinnacle of technology, blah) so the "automatic" patcher is no go for me.

So the question is how i should get the patch? If i download the game again will it be in it? And is there way to use gog downloader for the EE patch since it has possibility to continue the download.

By 5 gigs. This feels like everything, and I mean everything, in the game is being changed, hence it feels like redownloading the game anyway. But the patcher does not allow pausing, and with it taking more than a day, for me at least, without the ability to pause, you start to appreciate recent advances in convenience.

Ahh I see. The patcher does allow pausing. Well, to the extent that you download files in ~285 mb chunks. Once one is downloaded it is there and the downloader will pick up from where you left off last time.
Just cancel the download whenever you want to stop. I did this over the last 4 days.
