Just wondering if they changed it in the witcher 2 so sleeping around would effect romantic relationships with characters like triss?
No. And, there's not a whole lot of sleeping around either.
Yeah, I was expecting a lot more based on TW 1. Surprised (and kind of disappointed me) that Geralt's not really a horn dog anymore. Some of the stuff that comes along with that is damn funny.
But a certain drinking exploit is a lot funnier.

Compared to...?

Maybe not compared to the first Witcher, but compared to any other game, there's plenty of action. Theres been at least 10 different opportunities in my Iorweth playthrough, and there are different opportunities in the Roche path. Granted the animations vary only in minor ways, but seeing as in TW1 the animations didn't vary at all, this is a step up.

I dont think Geralt is quite at the point of celibacy. Granted, its not as much as the first game, but the first game was largely ridiculed for this particular aspect. I prefer quality over quantity anyway, and a couple of the episodes in this game are worth any amount of card collecting form the first game. I mean, as far as make-believe cartoon game sex with imaginary wenches and succubi goes.

I'm not sure what other game I'd be comparing it to, and as I've got reams of posts talking about the direction of the story and how Geralt was never that type of playboy as depicted in the first game, and how constant random sex simply takes away from the relationship issues that are starting to play out, so I'm hardly the person you need to argue with about this issue. ;p

Though I realize my very short and specific answer to the actual question raised by the OP might not have conveyed all that. Relax. ;p

Thanks for the suggestion of relaxation, but I really was just making friendly conversation. Defensive much?

I do, however, think you are confusing the concept of "specificity" with being "inaccurate as stated".
