Well if you wrestle, you put down 10 orens, your opponent puts down 10 orens. If you win you get 20 orens. sound logic?

o O, no you lost 10 orens first, then get back 20 orens, in sum, you should ONLY gain 10 orens.

But somehow, I see that the game doesn't subtract 10 orens when you put down.

Same with fist fight.

The dice game plays it rite.

/goes to play fistfighting and arm wrestling for ten hours straight
If i'm not wrong also fistfighing just add "40" (betting 20) and don't subtract the 20 you've bet.

It's all the mini games as far as I can tell, its just rather than the money being put on a table, you just win the opponents half of the total, or lose your half of the total pots. Its rather confusing, because I'll see a tiny text message display in the upper left saying I've won X amount( which is the total amount from both people), but when the actually pop up in the center will always just say you've won 1/2 of X. I doubt they'd want to remove the coin for the bets, just one corner that was cut probably to allow for those resources to be utilized in some other aspect of the QTE
They should just change the pop up message, a cosmetic fix that would be easy to do.

The one Mini-game issue that bugs me is the dice game locking the dice so you can't change the point at which they are thrown, and its just dumb luck if you can actually land them on the table let alone getting them into the well. All the controls respond, you can attempt to direct the throw with the mouse, but the actually dice are cemented in a spot outside of the table surface. It's random, but really can be annoying to lose a hand because three of your dice just dropped straight onto the floor
I don't like the new dice poker interface at all. Why change something that was so enjoyable in the first game?

Nope, as far i can tell it's ok for the dice poker, but not for arms wrestling.
Example (verified in game) i have 131 orens. I play arms wrestling betting 30 orens. So i should "WIN" 60 orens, but 30 was mine so i should have 161 orens, but i check and i have 191.
I'm sure it's the same for fighting, but i need to double check that, so, it seems a bug to me.

I second that. I loved playing dice poker in Witcher 1. Now with only the one round played it's way to much luck defined.
Would be cool if someone made a mod so you have to win 2 of 3 rounds.

I third this. Also, it seems there's still a bug left from TW1, for me at least. Six-high staits never seem to count for me but they do for the opponent, this happened in the first game as well and it's extremely frustrating to lose against a mediocre roll when you have the luck to get a strait. :/
It's fun that you get to throw the dice yourself though. ^^
