The launcher can only connect for brief times. Is the server getting hammered, or is it a problem on my end?

I think everyone has this problem.
When CDPR emerge and the new patch is out ("early this week") then I think all will be resolved.

Just recieved a reply to an email I sent. They said that the DLC servers are down and to check in with the Forum from time to time on word of when they will be back online.
