We are aware some purchasers of the Collector’s Edition of The Witcher 2 received sculptures that were damaged during shipping. We apologize for this, and ask you to contact us at geraltscultpture@thewitcher.com for a replacement. Please provide with a picture of your damaged head and proof of purchase. This offer is open until the end of June.

Unfortunately, the production of more sculptures will take up to one month, so we ask you to be patient. We expect to send them soon after the end of June. After that time we will start sending replacement items. To apologize for your inconvenience, we will also include a small surprise in every package.

Do you know any other company that would give a f*ck about it's customers to this extent?

Respect CDPR.
heh, I'm still amazed at how quickly they removed the DRM from the retail/d2d game versions

Yeah, all the companies that operate in any country with even basic consumer protection laws.

Actually the companies could shove the blame onto the retailers for not properly packaging the games when mailing them out. When I would mail a package to a person using a courier, if that courier flings the box around and it breaks, they have to pay the value of the box back to me so I can refund the buyer. That's why you have to sign off - not just for saying you received the package, but also to say it was in good order. In practice, you're supposed to open the package and check everything although that's rarely done really.
