Please patch it out CDPR. It's ridiculous, and a blatant attempt at copying shooters. I normally admire CDPR for their originality, but this combined with QTE's makes me wonder.

What I tried the game from the start.. Just now. Played couple.. umm four hours. I mostly saw the blood on screen on cinematics. There is that screenframe that goes red.. it doesn't much look like getting beaten up so it doesn't make game any better but it also doesn't bother me much. Few QTE's has been come up. Well, hopefully those will be rare moments. Still maybe I'm gonna take the easier option. If I remember correctly there were such. And I'm playing with a controller so it's not so bad but I don't know my buttons so well that I press those in milliseconds. =) Almost took a beating in dungeon. And burned couple of times when dodging dragon.
I myself also prefer skill in other areas over fast buttonpressing.
But seems like a fine game though. And with those hours I almost got used to the inventory. And it was fun to first save people and then almost violently take their money. And slap that dude in the church. =)
As much as I like this game, I never got used to the inventory.
That thing is just a horrible mess ...

The bloody screen though .. I barely notice it.
So much so that I wonder what its purpose is entirely, I mean .. if I have to actually look for it, I might as well be looking at my health bar.
As far as i know you get a bit of blood on the screen when you are bleeding. Didn't encounter it in any other way, even when in a close to death state or when had 100 toxicity.
Never noticed it once myself and I'm a fairly nitpicky person.
I'd say though an on-off option is appropriate. Actually I think on-off options are appropriate for just about every game feature. More player choice not less.
i don't get what you mean thread poster
