JamesBond007: I don't have the game, but changing the region to UK and downloading the game afterwards won't solve your problem?
There's a lot of old, outdated information still floating out there, so I'm going to try to clear things up a bit.
When the game was released, Geo-IP was turned off so that people living in Australia and New Zealand could change their location in their preferences and get an uncensored copy. Back then it used whatever your GOG profile's location was during the purchase, meaning that changing your location after purchasing would have made no difference. Then there was a lawsuit over CDPR taking out the DRM in the game that somehow culminated in a ruling that forced GOG to reinstate Geo-IP, meaning that even if the OP had changed their location before purchasing, it still would have known that they were in Australia and given them the censored version.
But as olnorton mentioned, the censored files can be restored completely with those two files. They made it really easy to circumvent the censorship, which is why I highly doubt that they'll resubmit the game for a new classification.
