cloud8521: ... what the hell is this..... you are a pc gamer?

are you sure

and since when is any great pc game better with a controller besides racing games, flying games, and other certain genreas. but this is a game that would have lent best to a M+K setup if they built it with pc more in mind.

geniusprime: I am sorry I forgot that there are criterias for being a PC gamer. I always thought that gaming on the PC qualifies me and gaming on the PC for the pass two decades would suffice. My sincere apologies.
the problem is now that the problem is hardly any game is designed for controllers on the pc. so you must not play many games.

Thats funny because more games support the controller than ever before. Now the real question is how much PC games do you really play.

thats funny because thats because of consoles, not because of the pc itself

They are still PC games whether they have console counterparts or not. You made a comment that PC games supporting the controller is rare when in reality it is not.

Wow no need to get all riled up. I was trying to edited my post on a mobile device and I needed to get to my computer to fix the problem. As you can see from the updated and edited post. Geesh. You were awfully quick to draw swords. And it was edited before you complained.

SystemShock7: Er.. we are not talking about the plot. We are talking about the mechanics and feel of gameplay.
avatar
thelostdunmer: Ha? What's this? You generalize a game without using the story as a factor?
.. that may be because we are not talking about the story, but the game mechanics.

LOLZ story was great, therefore nothing else is wrong I AM SMURT

Kalfear: This games combat is pretty simular to what you get from any assortment of console only JRPGs to be honest!
I want to know what jRPGs you are playing, because honestly, I have not played any other game other than Demon's Souls that has a similar control scheme, or a similar feel.

ledgabriel: Don't forget lack of customization of keyboard keys, clear sign of console-oriented game.
avatar
TigerLord: True, though I've very rarely changed default controls in my life as I find they're usually the best controls for what the devs had in mind.

I imagine lefties are the ones in need of this feature more than anything else.
avatar
Cyjack: You could try getting hit less. Strangely, thats how it tends to work in most video games.

TigerLord: Please, remain civil. Your sarcasm isn't appreciated nor productive.
Shut the hell up with you and your high remarks towards other peoples opinions. I've noticed you have a trend "attacking" people on this forum just because they don't "fit" your category.

For some odd reason you seem to like to making up lies as well (see --> this thread http://www.gog.com/en/forum/the_witcher_2/the_combat_not_that_great/page5 and my thread ---> http://www.gog.com/en/forum/the_witcher_2/you_gotta_be_fckng_kidding_me_the_fps_drops_are_getting_ridiculous/page3

Pathetic crap like that warrants an apology and you know it TigerLord, are you an adult enough to admit your misstakes?

Well they've made no secret on their wishes to put the game on console...

What does it matter if it has been made with consoles in mind or not, as long as the game itself is good. And aslong as they sell a shitload to make the 3rd game even better.

There's a courteous way to refute other people's argument. You don't need to mock, ridicule or insult someone to debate an issue.

Sorry if my definition of civilized offends you.

Fine, you don't have to like the way I talk. Just don't make up stuff like I never thanked you when I did or stuff which i've never said in the first place.
