it does have console elements that is hard to deny, and so easily fixed, which is why people are up about it

I think its great if this comes to consoles. Its perfect for it, its also perfect for PC IMHO. The more copies of this that sell, the better. Cant wait to see what they do with TW3 and console sales of TW2 can only help that.

And be fair...

Witcher 1 EE, assuming you've played it, has one of the best UI/Control sets going, without the obvious console elements.

Why oh why did CDPR throw that baby out with the bath water?

CDPR should release an EE of this game and then move on to another pc exclusive. Screw consoles. We have consoles to thank for the f*cked up UI and Alchemy panel.

well PC should be first, then change the UI for consoles give them a more restrictive game. make them realize that the pc is the god machine :P

Anyone who doesn't see this game was designed to be on consoles as well is freaking blind.

That said, nothing wrong with that if you ask me. I want them to make money and release the game where the most people can play it. I wish every game on the PS3 was on the PC as well, then I wouldn't have to buy one to get my console exclusives.

The important thing is that it's a good game that feels good on the PC and The Witcher 2 is certainly that.

I've played more pc games than you've had hot dinners.

PC games are not being "consolized" they're being made user friendly. No longer are they the preserve of geeks who get off on manuals over 100 pages in length.

Accessibility, usability and pick-up-and-playability are the future and have been since video games went mass market.

ROFL he is the one who is crusading about conolitis. He's the whiniest PC Gamer in this thread. So yeah, you did mean him :D

Just ignore these fools who haven't woken up to the fact consolitis doesn't exist. It's about cross platform development and that's a reality that is not going away. It's here to stay. And tough luck to them if they can't deal with it and want to waste time being the whiniest PC Gamers on the net.
