I don't think so. They needed some patches for this to add achieved achievements retroactive for Witcher 3 and I don't think that they will make a new patch fo Witcher 2.

I think the same, it needs some patching and I don't see that happening in the future...

Question is solved, but still want to provide my feedback: yep, achievements doesn't work :(
Maybe when GOG Galaxy will be out of beta some older games will get achievements too, otherwise what's the point of having them in the Galaxy client, if you can't achieve them?

Since it has been a month, do they work now?

They might not work for an old pre-Galaxy save, but maybe for a new game?

I didn't try recently. But last month I tried with a new game and I didn't get the first achievement in the prologue. I'm not sure if it's the game that needs a patch, or if it's related to the Galaxy client...
