I had collected all the stamp . but until now istill don't get my code .when I email the gog.com,I will receive a automated message ."ticket number XXXXXXX" but it isn't the game code what is the ticker number? please tell me ... and how can I get the free code ... thanks.

Ticket number is for evidence, this automated message just confirms the reception of your e-mail. You can expect a reply from a real person soon. Just give them some more time, as they are now probably swamped with a lot of e-mails like yours. ;)

Forget about support, they're flooded with those requests right now. Just be patient, you'll receive the code via email, but it can take several hours. As long as the stamp collecting graphic shows "ALL STAMPS COLLECTED We'll email you the gift soon" you're fine and scheduled to get a gift code.

I've waited for over two days myself, but four seems a bit long. You could send a support ticket, but they probably won't look into this any further until all keys are sent. They're a bombed with questions about this atm. I'd wait till the last day of the sale and then send a ticket before it ends, so later nobody can say you just missed it.

Btw, there are tons of codes given away right now in the forum. Why not grabbing one and gift yours as well once it arrives.

If you collected all 7 stamps and still didn't get e-mail from GOG (don't forget to check spam folder), then contact support.

It took a few days, but I got an email with two codes, one for the game and one for the movie.
And to be sure I clicked the stamps as soon as they came out.

I don't have a problem. Games are still here, The Wintcher 2, Age of Wonders and Mount and Blade.

Hey, I also have collected all the stamps and recieved W2 code, I already own one so I wanted to give it to my friend but when she wants to use it, it says "Temporarily locked" . Does anyone know what to do with this?
