Running game on win 7 64 ROG laptop with AMD HD 5870 and 6 gb ram. Questions:

1. Does this fix help random crashes?

2. PROBLEM Cannot find Witcher exe. files. YOUR_GAMES\The Witcher Enhanced Edition Director's Cut\System\witcher.exe" doesn't exist. If anyone has used the 4 gb fix, please let me know how and where to install it.

That would depend on the cause of the random crashes, but it certainly won't hurt to try.

If you got the patch from here https://ntcore.com/?page_id=371
Then it doesn't matter where you download the zip file to.
Just save it,and extract 4gb_patch.exe and run it.
Then browse to where you have the witcher installed, and highlight witcher.exe in the System folder and click open. (See Pic)
A pop up will tell you it's patched.
You can then delete the patch program, or save it and use it on other 32bit games.
