I chose the Wreath of Immortelles as my reward from the Druid and have encountered Celina after completing the Heat of the Day quest. I say the positive dialogue choices (i.e. not "die beast") and the wreath has left my inventory, yet Celina is just standing there and I can repeat the same dialogue infinitely if I click on her again. What am I supposed to do now?

Known bug. You don't get a quest advance, and nothing seems to happen to Celina; however, the deed is done, and you can proceed. This has a consequence much later in the game.

I didn't want to go too much into spoilers, but a number of characters come back to meet you in the Epilogue. How they treat you then depends on how you treated them earlier. Celina is one of them.
