Instructions:
1. Download SweetFX 1.5.1
http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=381912
2. Unpack the files in the Witcher's SYSTEM folder
3. Download my preset and override the default one
4. Disable in game antialiasing setting

Features:
1. Greatly improved colors
2. Improved textures details

Notes:
I normally used D3DOverrider to force vsync and triple buffering but it doesn't work with SweetFX. If you want to force this options with SweetFX, use RadeonPro (if it has problems with forcing triple buffering, all you have to do is simply alt-tab the game and it will be automatically enabled).

Awesome. It makes the game much more colorful and vibrant judging from the screens. +1.
Thanks, after messing with SweetFX, I can't believe how washed out the vanilla game is. I'm never going back now :)

In case anyone is trying to run this and getting an error, renaming dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll worked for me

Mate, it's 2018, use ReShade.

Thanks :)
For anyone wanting to use this in 2018: As of now, SweetFX, Reshade and ENB no longer work with GoG versions of Games, due to the nature they are being build. I tried all three of them with Witcher Enhanced Edition and toggling them on and off does nothing anymore and Reshade won't even allow the game to launch anymore. Really disappointing, since I have all the Witcher games on GoG and I intended to mod them all...but I won't buy them again on Steam. Real Shame CDP!

Thank you very much for saving me a lot of time trying to get them working.

sweetfx 1.5 works for me, but you need to rename the .dll file.
I forgot to update you guys...so yeah...like you said SweetFX works, Reshade and ENB does not. (By now I played through Witcher 1 and 2 (both routes) btw and I am in Velen in Witcher 3 now!) Thanks for the answers anyways guys!
