Waltorious sent me a copy of the file a few days ago.
It works perfectly.

Binkw32.dll needs to be downgraded to version 1.9.1.0 and it works just fine.
I'm having the same problem, but that link no longer works. Do you know of any other places I can get the file?

For those looking for the Bink dll fix for Witcher, here it is, i restored it to my patch archive:

Witcher Bink Video dll Fix:

binkw32.dll version 1.9.1.0

just replace the bink dll with this one and the video should play flaolessly I have no idea why they did not issue a patch for this or fix it but we have.
