Hi guys,

I'd love to play this game I heard about a lot. I'm not into m/k rpg that much, I usually play strategy games and adventures on PC. Is this game worth a look even if you're a noob in its genre?

Thanks for your help. =)
It definitely is worth looking into due to it's setting, backstory and characters. It also gives you a great introduction to TW2 which has raised the bar on all levels. However, if you've never read anything from the Witcher book series, there's a short story with the game that could clear some things up.

As for noob friendliness I'd say it is, just set the diff level to low and you should be fine.
Thanks pal =) I do like difficult games, I'm a huge Monster Hunter addicted, but m/k action kinda scares me :\ my PC usually runs different games.

I want to like it and I'll try it out, thanks again.

In the Witcher, combat is actually based on timing more than anything. So you won't need to be frantically clicking everywhere, instead you just need to click at the right times to continue Geralt's crazy sword combos. Once you get the hang of it it's not too bad. And it's a great game, so I hope you enjoy it!
And of course you get a complete guide in case you're stuck
Honestly, the combat is a bit more like a rhythm game, which I admit took some getting used to. But once you have it down it's really enjoyable.
