do you miss any if you have the witcher 1-2 on pc the last on consold??? like ps4 or xbox one i see you can import save files.

No, nothing major. Since you aren't able to import your Witcher 2 save to Wild Hunt, the console version will simulate the import by offering a conversation, in which you can set the decisions of your previous games by picking corresponding answers (at least for those decisions actually affecting Witcher 3). A savegame import on PC doesn't yield any equipment or gold either. There's just a little tattoo that is transferred, if you got it in Witcher 2. That's the only notable difference between importing and simulating.

so the chase you make dont have any inpact on the game from 1-3?? like oter games like dragon age and mass effect?

Your character starts anew in every game. So stats and character development starts on a blank slate.

From 1 to 2 you can transfer some equipment and gold, but nothing that would make a difference, since you get better stuff pretty soon in The Witcher 2. Also the story choices you made during The Witcher 1 are transferred to 2.

To Witcher 3 only your previous choices are transferred (and the tattoo gimmick).

Choices from previous games affect some story parts in the following Witcher game. Nothing more, nothing less.
As I've said above, in Witcher 3 you can simulate the import by answering questions to let the game know which story choices you made in the predecessor.
