I installed this mod, it's up to good, but it's causing problems with the Portuguese translation that I use, and has some problems like some monsters do not suffer damage or even Gerald does not suffer any damage ... Anyway, as I uninstall it? Preferably without losing my savegame

From the readme:

"There are two ways to uninstall this modification – by starting up the unins00.exe file from The Witcher directory or from the Windows control panel."

This is a full rebalance mod so your save games may be unusable or have issues.
