It comes in 7 downloads. What do I do? Run each one at a time?

Download all of them. There should be one .exe and several .bin files. If you have them all, and run the .exe, it will install fine. But you need to have them all in the same location for it to work.

Im having the same issue, can someone please inform me,

I downloaded all 7/7 parts and also the 1.01 patch,
the first part opens the installer, when i run it, it says theres files missing, there are ONLY 6 BIN files, part 2-7 are the ONLY bin files, part 1 is the application to start it all.

What files are missing :( this is possibly the most annoying thing ive done, waiting for GMG to give me my key and now this, wtf just give me steam key from now on

First of all, looking at your attached PNG, you clearly did not download those GOG files from GOG, so it's brazen of you to ask for help on an official forum on GOG.

Second, looking at the differing file sizes, Part 2.bin file is clearly corrupted, which is why you're getting an error.

Third, looking at the file sizes and the name of the patch, you downloaded The Witcher 3 from somewhere, so you're not even posting in the correct forum. This forum is for the first Witcher game.

Got it from GMG and had to change file names myself so yeah GG deal with it

Then just use the GOG Downloader or GOG Galaxy and verify the files of anything you download from GOG the next time this happens.
Also, do not rename the files of multi-part installers. This will cause the installer to say files are missing if you rename the files in such a way that the installer can't find all the files.
The ways the files were renamed in your PNG attachment will cause the installer to fail no matter what the integrity of the files.

I was having trouble as well cause i was new to this site i like steam as well. but after i downloaded gog galexy it seams ti work just like steam

Due to a very large number of fraudulent transactions coming in, we have had to disable the gifting option for three items: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Expansion Pass, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game + Expansion Pass.
We are working to clarify the problem and prevent further fraudulent transactions from being made.
We will make gifting possible once more as soon as this issue is resolved.

i see this problem every time i try to install witcher, please help

To install the game you should download all the files available under Game Downloads (13 files), all of them in one folder, and then run the ".exe" file.

Game Goodies are bonus items (not ingame items) like manual, wallpapers, artbook, soundtrack etc.

Did you download the files with your browser? If yes, are all the files appear to be of the right size as indicated in the library's download section (they might not have been downloaded properly and been corrupted)?
Using a download manager might help.

Alternatively you can use GOG Downloader or GOG Galaxy (optional steam like client) and download the game setup from there. See this page for more info:
