When I meditate, I can't seem to find an icon that will allow me to bring up the Alchemy Panel.
Did I fail some earlier prerequisite, or am I just not looking in the right place? Geralt just seems to comes out of mediation without giving me the slightest chance to do any alchemy. Any help anyone can provide with this problem will be greatly appreciated.

When you meditate a a flask icon should appear in the top right hand corner. (second icon down)

Unfortunately, it doesn't. No icons appear. That's the problem. Any ideas?

Do you have alcohol and ingredients? Or are you running any mods?

(If you meditate, and none of the icons appear, that suggests a mod, or that you're not actually meditating.)

(If you were expecting to make oils or bombs, you would need the appropriate skill and grease or powder, respectively.)

I installed the Flash Mod, and found the flask icon. I don't know whether the mod fixed the problem or I just wasn't looking hard enough beore, but either way, the problem is solved. Thanks to everyone who responded.
