narutoblaa: so im curious aside from the obvious(no drm) whats the diffrence between this and the steam version as its an older game and some older games on steam can be broken is this a factor for this title?
I don't own the game on Steam, but the GOG version runs very smoothly for me. If you encounter any problems, you can always contact GOG Support and they'll work with you to try and solve the issue.
Another reason to buy the Witcher franchise games on GOG is that 100% of your money goes to the CDProjekt group, if you feel that you want to support them.
By the way, if you download Gwent (the free to play Witcher card game), you will get The Witcher Enhanced Edition for free on GOG.
