The Wiki says that Gramps in the swamp can teach you the recipe for Wives' Tears in Chapter II. I know that if you kill him you FIND Wives' Tears on him (and I assume by drinking it learn the recipe) but no matter where i take him or what I talk to him about he isn't telling me anything about a recipe. Can anyone confirm that he WILL give you the recipe.?

Just an idea in case anyone feels like testing it: has anybody tried talking to him while drunk?

Technically that would still be correct in the wiki then. He has the recipe, so he must know it, but apparently he won't teach it to you. However, you can get it by killing him.

Long while since I played the game now, but I do recall getting a recipe from him, but looking at the wiki, that was probably Hanged Man's Venom.

Yup, I tried talking to him when drunk. Nothing. I even looked up every quest in Djinni (the editor) for dialogue with him and then opened every dialogue file with "dziadek" as the heading (Grandfather in Polish - Thanks Google!) and there is never a single mention of him telling you the recipe for Wives' Tears. I just think the wiki is misleading.
