I just loaded the game today from my last save and Geralt's face is warped, all droopy like, and his weapons are kind of floating through him and wobbling... it is the strangest thing i have ever seen.

Has anyone else experience this?

Try turning off any antialiasing and/or Vsync. The glitch also might just disappear, when you quicksave and quickload again or go to another region.
