I'm getting these crashes in both full screen and windowed mode. They occur randomly during gameplay after a little stutter. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Download and install the latest DirectX9 package (June 2010).

Thanks. I'll try this and see if it helps.
Also, if that doesn't help, run the game as an admin.
