Im just tried to start playing the witcher and i cant register to it. I downloaded the 1.4 patch for it but it said it cant works cuz i installated the game badly ( freshly buyed original disk from the store,none scraches on it ).

Any ideas?

Why don't you contact the support to ask for a digital copy, if you can provide proof of buy of disks?
