So it seems like there is zero consequence on having sex with multiple women in this game.

At first i thought something bad would happen if i cheated on Triss since i guess she is the 'default romance' so throughout the game so far i've pretty much said 'No Problem' or 'you don't need to pay me back' whenever i help a woman so that i don't end up having sex with her however upon looking at the wikipedia it seems that having sex with any of the women has Zero Impact on triss, like she either doesn't know about it or doesn't care?

So my question is, have i missed something or does it truly not impact anything at all? I just rejected shani in Chapter II by saying 'No Problem' but Geralt hasn't had any sex since triss in the begining of the game so i'm kinda worried about him.

There are no consequences one way or the other. (There's a side quest (Blue Eyes) where I think Geralt must have sex to advance the quest, but it's strictly optional.)

Triss has known for a long time that this is just the way Geralt is, and she wants him badly enough not to try to change him. The only thing that will get Triss upset is Geralt giving Alvin to Shani.
"...but Geralt hasn't had any sex since triss in thee beginning of the game so i'm kinda worried about him."

I also played the first chunk of the game on the assumption that sex had consequences. It doesn't, which was kind of a bummer for me.

One amusing bit (unclear whether it's clever writing or lazy programming) is that Vesna Hood refuses to sit next to you, insisting that she's a decent girl, both before and after having sex with you.

I wish there were a dialogue option like, "Vesna, I just bonked you, don't act like you don't know who I am."
You can sleep with both Triss and Shani, but you can only pick one to sleep with for a second time.

Nobody else cares where you've been.

However- at the end, there are three possible cards for you to obtain, but you will only have 1 available depending on how you've played the game (who you've sided with.)
He's infertile and immune to all known diseases, so he's the perfect one-night-stand, which is exactly what many of the women in the Witcher treat him like. There don't appear to be any consequences of any kind (which bugged me also). The consequences for Triss and Shani aren't about the sex, they're about who you trust more to take care of Alvin. The second round of sex (with either of them) is optional. Actually, all of the sex is optional except for the little bit at the beginning of chapter 3, but you don't get a card for that either.

There's an entire list of sex cards over on the witcher wiki. Apart from the second round with Triss/Shani and the three-card-set card from Chapter 5, you can actually collect ALL of them. Before I discovered the wiki I tried to sleep with everyone so that I could see what the cards looked like, but since then I haven't bothered. It doesn't add anything to the game, and it's downright creepy if you think about it. Unless you're desperate for 100% completion you aren't missing anything.
Just do it to collect the sex cards :D
In every RPG I play, whenever I have the option to have sex, I go for it. I just made good on the non-monetary "Working Girls" quest reward...
