Hey gaymers, I have a question. I'd like to see the achievements and play time, but on GOG it's not
available. Can I switch the game from GOG to steam but in the way that the time that I've already played
will be shown on steam? The same with achievements? Or do I need to buy the game again on steam and
play it once again? Or maybe I can buy it on steam and copy the game files? Please help-

As far as I know, achievements are not available on Steam either.
I'm not sure about play time, however Galaxy should register it if you launch the game in the client.

GOG doesn't offer Steam keys for games bought here but, if you still want to try adding the game to the Steam client, you can follow this guide: however I doubt this will make Steam register your play time.

This game doesn't have achievements.
You could buy it again when Steam sales or vía key on third party stores like Instant Gaming, G2A or Eneba.

Keep in mind that having the game on Steam you'll be subject to their usage rules and their crappy DRM.
