Anyone know where I can find a list of these?

I've scoured the internet with little to no luck, and there aren't any of these listed in the game's readme or manual.

We all know -dontForceMinReqs

....are there any others we could take advantage of?

I would like to know this, too. Tangentially related, a handful of settings can be modified in the registry, but they're really just the same as the menu settings.
If this isn't the right thread, please move this post where it needs to be. But could someone explain EXACTLY how to apply the Command lines? I've been trying to use dontForceMiniReqs but I've been having trouble with it and I don't know if I'm doing it right.

I'm pretty sure that you need to create a shortcut to the game itself, don't use the launcher. Find witcher.exe in the game diredtory and make a shorcut to it. Once you have that shortcut, right-click it and go to properties. You should see a "target" field that says something like:

"c:\blah\blah\witcher.exe"

Change that line to read:

"c:\blah\blah\witcher.exe" -dontForceMinReqs

Make sure you put the extra stuff OUTSIDE the quotes. Also make sure that there is a space between the quotes and the extra stuff you added.

That should work, but someone please correct me if I've got it wrong because I haven't actually tried it myself.

Walt is completely correct. The final shortcut will have the target:

"C:\Program Files\GOG.com\The Witcher Enhanced Edition Directors Cut\System\witcher.exe" -dontforceminreqs

Note that the witcher.exe file is in the \system folder.
