I get the sephirot from Raymond but between the loading screens to the swamp it either disappears completely or turns into Grandma's Pickles and Lard. Any help?!

After receiving the sephirot from Raymond try making a manual save then go to the swamps and see if it`s in your quest inventory . If it continues to disappear you may be able to use the save game editor to add it to your inventory .

indeed , when entering loading screens it tends to arrange the quest inventory.
It scared me not finding the items i already collected but they where just a scroll away.
