AFAIK it's not up to them, they can ask or make a deal with TTG, but it's the devs/publishers decide what GOG does or doesn't do with their game.

Whuch means that either TTG didn't agree to include the rest in Connect program, or GOG team didn't want to put the entire series in one Connect batch :)
