When I buy a game with release date 28.August 2018 on 29.August 2018 I do not expect to get an early alpha version! Especially if it is advertised as "launch promo"!

I have no idea, WHAT to do and HOW to do it in the game. I see chinese(?) texts in popup windows and switching language from english to german has no effect. The english speeking narrator is not understandable, normally I have no problems with that.

The game is released as 'In Development' and it's clearly stated on the gamecard and in the release news. FAQ about ''In Development' games can be found here.

The game is not in 'early alpha' as you stated, I'd say 2/3 of final game content is already here. Game has been in development for more than 4 years now and it made a huge progress since Kickstarter campaign. Full release is expected to happen in 1,5-2 years from now.

If you have technical problems, there's support, send a ticket to GOG staff. You also have a right to get a refund in 2 weeks time since purchase, just send a ticket.
