Every time i start the game it goes back to era 2 and i loose all my progress from other eras, is this normal?

Hi,

My game isn't saving my progress, struggling to find any info on this issue. I'm going to try to reinstall and see if that fixes the issue.

Hi,

Tried to repair and also re-install, but still no luck. The game seems to save, but at odd times so you lose lots of progress. Dissapointing.

My game isn't saving my progress, struggling to find any info on this issue. I'm going to try to reinstall and see if that fixes the issue.
I played Swords of Ditto with a friend and we also had saving problems.

It seems that the game saves just fine on any new screen (as it is intended) as long as you load the save right afterwards without quiting the game. As soon as we quit the game, restart it and load a save, all characters start at level 1 and with 25 gold on the cemetery.

It didn't matter if we used the GOG Galaxy client or the DRM-free version. Windows 7 or 10, different computers, all the same.

So the game is actually unplayable at the moment if you don't want to have it open for the whole time.

Having the same problem. This game is broken. Maybe GOG should refund my money
