I'm so glad Frogwares finally got everything worked out for this game!
Looks like we can finally get a properly legitimate copy with all the DLCs and it only took us nearly five years of legal shenanigans to get there.

I also hope that the updated version announced by Frogames on Steam (free for owner of the game) will be available on GOG.

Great! I thought the new version wouldn't be out until later during 2024.

Anyway....I hope Frogwares learned its lesson and NEVER agrees to be bought by a big publisher again. Stay independent and free always. Otherwise you'll end up like Volition and all those other developers tossed into the trash.
