hey settlers 3 wont start so people sad i need to change the winmm.dill file so i renamed it to x-winmm.dill the good thing is now it starting up but it keeps asking for cd1 any solution?

Try to start the game by right-clicking it and selecting "Run as Administrator".

The problem is that Windows 10 isn't supported. Read and try this:

Just start the S3.exe/single.exe directly, in the S3 dir as your shortcut(s) is/are most likely broken.

BTW: The Link from Ritualisto's post is completely outdated - GOG did already fix the Win10 problem long time ago...
