Blatant finding, The Settlers 2 and 4 do not work on Windows 10 ! :-(

* For The Settlers 2 a small window without activity
* For The Settlers 4 nothing, processus without activity

Yet the game is supposedly compatible by Gog on the game card ...

A refund request and directly oriented to a credit, which is not the same thing, thank Gog !!!! false advertising ?

Quite a few older games tend to have difficulties running on modern systems, which is why additional steps and procedures are sometimes necessary. As far as I'm aware, GOG has never guaranteed that every game will run flawlessly for everyone. Did you explore all options for getting these games to run? I'd recommend searching for helpful threads or asking for advice before seeking a refund.

Yes, but then do not mention that the game is compatible Windows 10, a point that's all.
This is not serious from Gog !

If you think GOG should be more upfront about compatibility issues, maybe you should contact them directly. Meanwhile, start reading the threads and articles that will help you run those games. There's a chance that the games will eventually work correctly.

It must be something else as Settlers 4 works on Windows 10 for me.

I use Windows 10 64-Bit.

The Settlers 2, 4 and 10th Anniversary seem to work for me. I just loaded and started tutorials and everything appears to be functioning.

I downloaded it from GOG and it works fine with windows 10

Try installing it on drive C:\. Settlers 2 wouldn't work for me when installed on a different drive.
