Hello I have been looking online for a way to run this game in windowed mode, and it game the the standard way of modifiying the config file, but I can't figure out where it is, as the "saved games" folder where it is supposed to be is not in my files anywhere. I have no problems running and playing the game, other than I want it in a window.

The configuration file should be in "\Documents\My Games\The Saboteur™\SaveGames\".

To be able to play in windowed mode, you should edit the config file as follows:

Step 1: Go to the configuration file's location, as stated above.
Step 2: Open config.ini.
Step 3: Add "Windowed 1" at the end of the file. Save the change and start the game.

Не могу запустить игру в оконном режиме, прописываю все то, что советовали в "config.ini ", но игра запускается в полный экран.

See here. You need to change a different config.ini file.
