Hello, Has anyone ran into this issue before (referring attached image)? No matter what settings I change to I can not seem to remove this issue. It is also no isolated to this area it is around all the alleyways etc in the areas I looked (not looked too far though)

System is running
Win 10
48gm ram
AMD Ryzen 7 2700 (yes I need an upgrade)
AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT

Any help would be much appreciated.

What resolution is the game set to?

Have you tried running the game in windowed mode?
Look for a file named config.ini in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\The Saboteur™\, then open it with any text editor and add "Windowed 1" (without quotes) at the end of the file. Save it and run the game.

I tested with 1440, 1080p, 720p with all setting options even setting all to low and again all in windowed mode.
Bei mir ist es noch schlimmer!
schaut euch bitte mal die Fotos an diese Grafikstörungen sind doch nicht normal, und das hat nichts mit meinem PC zu tun!

I'm having the same issue:

Win 10
32 GB Ram
Intel i7 7700k
AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT

Given that we both have AMD RX 6000 series cards, I wonder if it's some odd issue with this game and RDNA2?

As an update to my last post, I'm pretty certain it's some sort of weird issue with the Radeon RX 6000 series DirectX 9 drivers.

I did manage to find a workaround. Download the 32-bit version of DXVK and put it in the Saboteur folder. The game will now run without those graphical glitches. There will be other, different issues, but the game should at least now be playable.

For those wondering, DXVK translates DirectX into Vulkan. It's mostly meant for Linux gaming, but also works on Windows if you want to convert DirectX to Vulkan for whatever reason. In this case, it bypasses whatever problem is with AMD's DirectX 9 drivers.

Issues I've found when using DXVK for the Saboteur are that there is some slowdown as shaders are recompiled, and there are some weird input issues when using a controller. Other than that, it seems to work fine.

I hope this helps someone out.

Based on this thread I am pretty convinced it is a 6000 issue, I am running a 6700XT and have the same issue all over the place, roads hills and ALL gaps between building. Will try your workaround. Shame as it would be unlikely to get a "6000 patch"
Jeah. Have exactly the same issue! Got a RX 6600 XT.. Thought it's an anti-aliasing problem and tried to change it..don't know how to fix this...Cause the game's actualy pretty good.

Indeed. The game ran fine until I also upgrade to the 6700XT & got this same Issue. Did the workaround work? Or does anyone know of a better solution?
It would be much appreciated, I love this game & hope to see a fix for this soon.
I can confirm that the 32 Bit DXVK files, when copied into the main game folder of The Saboteur, solve the graphical glitches. Cheers for the Head's-up! Fantastic game!
It's fixes textures bugs, but game started freezing. unplayable.

excuse me but what is the issue there ?
The Black&White ? It's not an issue, the game by design is B&W in regions controlled by the ennemies.
